Qualified Candidates Must understand All Aspects of Bookkeeping, Balance Sheet's Profit & Loss and monthly reconciliations.
Employees will be responsible for the following: process weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly payroll including EFTPS, TWC and all other payroll deductions.
Must be familiar with filing quarterly reports including 940, 941, 1099's, 1096, W2's & W3 annually.
Processing 1099's, 1096 and all employer / employee reporting.
Data entry in QuickBooks, Sage, Excel, Word, Intuit Online.
We use a payroll software in house for most monthly, weekly payrolls called AME (easily learned in office)
ACCOUNTING STUDENTS WELCOME TO APPLY - WILL TRAIN AND WORK AROUND YOUR SCHEDULES IF POSSIBLE.
Must be able to get to the offices by reliable transportation.
