House is located on Louisiana Avenue off Santa Fe Street in the Del Mar Area.
House is a couple of blocks from Cole Park on Ocean Dr.
The location is perfect for someone attending TAMUCC or Del Mar College.
I am looking for a male roommate who is responsible, clean, and easy going.
Prospective roommate should be a non-smoker, should not do or sell drugs and he should definitely not have a criminal record.
In addition, he should be employed or be a college student.
