You would be taking the larger bedroom with a restroom attached inside! It's a spacious 2 BR first floor apartment nestled away from traffic, in the back of the complex.
There's no assigned parking, and the washer and dryer is located within the apartment as well.
I have one couch in the living room, a table with chairs in the dining room with a wine rack, and a Keurig in the kitchen.
Water is allocated, so it's not much, and the electricity and internet will be under my name.
I just graduated from University, and I need a roommate to finish this lease with me until April, and we can decide where to go from there.
Management is great here, and we have two separate swimming pools and a cute clubhouse.
Rent is due on the first of every month.
