Salesperson / Superintendent

Seeking qualified salesperson/superintendent (5+ years experience required, 10+ years experience preferred).
Must have experience selling and overseeing either lease crew oilfield jobs or pipeline maintenance work and facility maintenance and construction in the Corpus Christi and surrounding areas.
Must be able to acquire MSA's, estimate and complete turnkey bids, and quote jobs with minimal assistance.
The position offers a salary base, plus commission and a company vehicle.
Ideal candidate will have experience identifying talent to perform jobs and have excellent communications skills to develop business relationships and manage employees.
Applicants must understand budgeting expenses and pricing from rate sheets to perform bids and cost track projects to ensure their success.
Must be willing to work out of Alice.
Workday starts at 6:00 AM at the office and lasts until all work is completed and the next day is prepped for success.
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish) Establish professionals only need apply.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.
