*Physical Therapy/Rehab Outpatient Clinic Liaison-Marketing Representative*
The Clinic Liaison-Marketing Representative’s objective is to develop a patient caseload through executing OrthoRehab’s marketing initiatives and developing referral relationships with physicians and referral coordinators within the Greater San Antonio and surrounding areas.
*__*RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Clinic Liaison-Marketing Representative, you will present the public image of the company's products/services.
This will include writing and presenting marketing materials at conferences and health fairs.
Sending out press releases to media outlets and oversee social media marketing campaigns.
The ability to analyze which characteristics of the products/services appeal to the appropriate audience and market the available products/services.
As a Clinic Liaison-Marketing Representative, you will assist in writing and designing company brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
Promotional items should reflect the company's image and highlight the aspects and benefits OrthoRehab can contribute to its clients.
The Clinic Liaison-Marketing Representatives will organize promotional activities to raise awareness of OrthoRehab’s available products/services.
This may include hosting workshops onsite and/or offsite including presentations for likely clients.
Responsible for organizing patient appreciation days and special corporate events.
The Clinic Liaison-Marketing Representative is responsible for determining the appropriate target audience and organizing the event and contacting potential clients with specific details.
The Clinic Liaison-Marketing Representative will actively pursue opportunities to establish physician relationships in San Antonio and the surrounding areas.
This includes regularly scheduled daily/weekly face to face interactions with physician offices and their staff.
**QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, or relevant experience.
Possess sales and business acumen.
Advanced phone skills and ability to handle cold calling, with assertive, positive and persistent style.
Must be self-driven, results-oriented, motivated and the ability to build relationships.
Goal oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed goals.
At least 3 years of marketing experience preferred but would consider someone with a strong sales background with working marketing knowledge.
Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and be able to coordinate multiple internal and external campaigns and promotions monthly.
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and follow through.
Proficient with computer (Microsoft Office, Social Media, etc.
) Formulate and implement a marketing plan independently.
Healthcare marketing experience or at least a working knowledge of outpatient Physical Therapy preferred.
