Responsibilities
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for insurance inquiries and assistance.
Policy Maintenance: Review and update existing insurance policies to ensure accuracy and adequacy of coverage.
Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, providing support and assistance when needed.
Renewals and Upgrades: Proactively identify opportunities to offer clients additional coverage or policy upgrades to meet their evolving needs.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail to accurately process insurance policies and documentation.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts and tasks.
Positive Attitude: A positive and inviting demeanor to create a welcoming and friendly environment for clients.
