Grant solicitation, administration and reporting
Inter-governmental liaison with other local, regional, state and federal agencies
Inter-act with governmental associations and organizations
Liaison to contractors, engineers, architects, and other service professionals
*ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS*

Reports to: Public Facilities Maintenance Director and County Judge

Directs: Non-supervisory position.

Other: Has contact with other departmental employees, Commissioners, department heads, Aransas Pathways Steering Committee, and general public

*Specific job functions will include, but are not limited to:*
· Perform tasks as assigned
· Report findings and work product
· Present findings and work product as required
· Attend such meetings, workshops, trainings, seminars and other on-site visits as directed
· Represent the County at events as assigned
· Research professional, administration and technical issues as directed by Public Facilities Maintenance Director
· Develop and organize documentation and records
· Attend meetings and workshops as directed by Public Facilities Maintenance Director, including but not limited to-planning, facilities management, technology, and other administrative areas.

· Coordinate with other county departments and committees as directed.

· Word, Excel and other general operating software and technology
· Advanced specialized software and technology relevant to governmental operations
· Familiarity with grant research, writing and administration

*ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING*
· High school/GED
· Advanced technological experience
· Administrative experience
· Background in public or customer service preferred
· Other related professional, computer, and administrative experience preferred.
· Marketing experience
*PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIROMENT*
*Work Environment:*
· Primarily indoors/office setting
· Occasional outdoor field assignments and events
· Regular work hours subject to instances of extended work hours a required
· Travel for events and training with some overnight travel
· General personal interactions and work disruptions
