*Duties & Responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative:*
* Consult with homeowners at appointments we have scheduled for you.
* Diagnose the issues they are experiencing with their home and design the best solution for them.
* Draft proposals for each homeowner which includes photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists and job worksheets.
* Attend weekly sales meetings and additional trainings in San Antonio as needed.
*Position Requirements:*
* The ability to engage with customers, and problem solve
* Willingness to travel to customer's homes as scheduled
* Strong listening, and consulting skills
* Ability to enter a crawlspace
* Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
* A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company
* Skill in operating computer software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.
00 - $120,000.
