*Service Sales Account Manager* *Job Purpose:* The Service Sales Account Manager will provide clients with outstanding customer service while building long-lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to identifying potential clients by maintaining a strong pipeline, educating leads on Quantum’s HVAC services and products, and providing continuous support.
*Responsibilities:* * Develops list of prospective customers by studying business and telephone directories, consulting business associates, and observing business establishments while driving through sales territory * Promptly follows up on all leads and referrals * Maintain a pipeline of future sales opportunities to assure sales goals are met * Reviews orders for ideas to expand services available to present to customers * Calls on leads to explain the features of our services, costs, and advantages * Writes orders and schedules initiation of services * Confers with customers and company team members to resolve customer complaints that may arise * Builds strong relationships both internally and externally * Takes ownership of following up with billing issues on assigned accounts * Understands mechanics of contracts, associated accounts receivable needs, and billings to best serve the customer * Develops short-term and long-term goals along with an annual plan to support our growth goals * Effectively represent the company’s interest to maximize profitability * Resolves and trouble shoots complex sales and service customer issues *Qualifications:* * High School Diploma or GED required * Business or Technical degree is a plus * Minimum 5 years of related experience in HVAC industry * Sales Planning and Closing Skills * Strong Verbal and Written Skills * Strong Time Management * Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
