Sales & Operations Division Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for growing and developing all business functions of the company; Increase total revenue and set policies for helping manage costs.
Ensure invoices are submitted weekly to customers.
Work with Administration to ensure payroll is complete and accurate prior to submission.
Cost tracking and issuing purchase orders for vendors while ensuring profitable resale.
Work with Sales Team to inform customers of the company's capabilities.
Work with Sales Team to generate quotes ensuring profitability.
Ensure all customer sales are ordered and ready for pick up in a timely manner to create a returning customer experience.
Assist/train personnel to perform required job tasks with proficiency.
Help to develop a rescue service brand to attract new market share.
Oversee Rescue Manager to design and implement an effective budget model for the Rescue Department.
Analyzing financial information (e.
g.
, revenues, expenditures) to ensure rescue operations are within budget.
Prepare and present annual budget.
Work with HR Department on communication and compliance on all employment related issues.
Work with IT Department to maximize efficiency through communications and technology.
Oversee that all internal and external documentation is completed as required.
Equipment Ensure the hands-on training facilities are maintained, operational and provide QC oversight of rescue function.
In charge of managing rescue equipment, maintenance, inventory, and accurate inventory records.
Track Rescue equipment usage, maintenance and certification.
Responsible for the Rescue Tablet program; implementation, training and ongoing program development.
Ensure rental equipment is properly serviced and stored once returned from the customer.
