Client Success Leader We are looking for an accomplished and results-driven leader of strategic partnerships and alliances who will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and building strong client relationships.
This leadership position requires a forward-thinking individual with a strong background in relationship development, account management, strategic planning, business development, and a deep understanding of the IT services industry.
The Client Success Leader will lead a team of account executives and work collaboratively with our executive team to drive growth, foster client satisfaction, and cultivate strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership Develop and implement strategic account management initiatives to ensure client retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Account Executives to excel in their roles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Monitor key performance metrics and develop action plans to address issues and optimize account management processes.
Strategic Relationship Building Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, industry associations, and stakeholders.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs, industry trends, and emerging technologies to guide strategic planning.
Leverage relationships to create new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Client Engagement and Satisfaction Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their business goals and aligning our services to support them.
Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance their IT environments.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that client objectives are met on time and within budget.
Revenue Growth and Business Development Develop and execute strategies to expand revenue from existing clients through upselling, cross-selling, and value-added services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop targeted strategies for business growth.
Strategic Planning Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plan by providing insights and recommendations based on market trends and client feedback.
Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts related to account management and strategic relationships.

Required Must be based within a commutable distance of one of the High Touch locations (Wichita, Kansas City, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Denver).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management and strategic partnerships within the IT Managed Services industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving revenue growth targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Adept at building and maintaining professional networks.
Preferred Skills and Experience Deep knowledge of IT services, technology trends, and industry best practices.
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
