*Learn the real estate business from the biggest and the best!* *Responsibilities Include:* * Meeting with prospective home owners to evaluate the value of their home, estimating the repairs needed, and making an offer to purchase the home on our behalf.
* Identifying prospective sellers through proactive efforts - the in-home appointments with our customers are from leads generated by HomeVestors® advertising and some will come from your proactive efforts.
*Qualified Applicants Will:* * Be highly goal oriented * Have a college degree or a minimum of 2 years sales experience; Our #1 buyer was a just out of college and wanted to gain real sales experience in real estate with the biggest and best home buying company in the US.
He actually went on to become a franchise owner himself! Also, look and behave professionally.
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills * Be able to work full-time including some evenings and weekends.
*Compensation:* $36,000 Base plus commission with an earning potential range of $80,000 - $105,000.
