American Medical Hospice & Palliative Care is hiring in Laredo TX, and its surrounding communities! We are searching for a Full-Time HOSPICE MARKETER/COMMUNITY LIAISON to join our team.
Key duties include:
* Acting as a liaison between AMHPC and the community regarding community and professional referrals.
* Program development including personnel and financial needs.
* Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the Hospice Referral arena and ensures compliance with all state and federal laws.
* Partners with Interdisciplinary Group to promote safe and effective patient care.
Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited college/university preferred
* 2 years experience in the Hospice Care arena and established referral sources
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all segments of the staff, the lay and professional public, the Governing Body and Medical Director.
