* *Dental Office Manager*
Elegant Dental & ORTHODONTICS is looking for an office manager.
You are responsible for executing business objectives and provide insights on local execution.
You will have the ability to grow within the organization.
You serve as liaison between doctors/providers and staff regarding work assignments and clinical priorities.
*Duties and Responsibilities* * An office manager is a leader of a dental office.
You will manage day to day sales and operations to meet the goals of production, collection, and reputation of the practice by using your leadership, management, sales ability, and support staff to deliver.
* We are seeking direct prior experience with a proven track record of success.
You are a self-starter, with a good work ethic, ability to sell, manage, and lead a team.
Along with great customer service skills.
* Assign, supervise and monitor the front staff to do precise tasks and tests daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, cold calling, notes, Med Clearance, marketing etc.

Assist front office team as needed in presenting post-exam consultations and financing options.
* Assign, supervise, monitor, and follow up the back staff to do daily weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly tests of OSHA, X-Ray, LAB organization etc.

* Recruiting to identify, select, and hire high performing candidates.
* Perform team member development including but not limited to training, continuous coaching conversations, performance documentation, and disciplinary action as needed.
* Create and manage weekly team member schedules and labor costs.
* Conduct audits of patient schedules; quality of data entry and patient information; consistency of patient consultations and financial presentations; internal referral process; and supply orders and utilization * Knowledge of dental insurance PPO as well as Medicare and Medicaid.
* Know how to correlate insurance percentage, deduction, and dual insurance.
* Know how to look at the chart and understand X-rays on the computer screen to explain the treatments to patients.
Gain the trust of the patient or parent and establish rapport necessary to gain the approval of the parent to perform the procedures.
Able to coordinate the staff to perform the approved treatment and to manage the office in order by yourself.
* Coordinate the front and back working harmoniously to maximize the effective time for the patients and the doctors.
* Able and willing to jump in to help the front and the back in any situation and able to trouble shooting some mechanics and computers.
