Description: Description KCI Wireless is looking for motivated Field Sales Agents who will be responsible for generating wireless sales.
We are currently hiring internal agents to help us grow.
Our team of agents are responsible for helping people who have government benefits in our community by giving away free, federally-funded Android smart phones with free service to qualified individuals and households.
Responsibilities Engage in direct marketing to members of the community, and guide customers through the application process Partner with Assurance Wireless Coordinator and Program Manager to establish and maintain a 2-4 week schedule of events to attend Source potential locations for current and future events Agents will set up and operate tabling events at indoor and/or outdoor events Agents are expected to engage directly with members of the community, informing them about the Lifeline program and assisting with applications for service Our Field Agents are expected to gain a complete understanding of the Lifeline industry through our comprehensive, one on one Training program, This includes Lifeline program history, customer enrollment training, issue resolution, and team activity coordination All team members must also be able to fulfill all compliance requirements for the Lifeline program and maintain our customer-first, zero-tolerance, fraud prevention Requirements: Requirements Must have reliable consistent transportation Must be comfortable working outdoors Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends Travel required Pass a standard employment Background check Must be 18 years or older Excellent communication and people skills Ability to leverage business-building opportunities Legally authorized to work in the United States Benefits Performance-based Total Compensation package consisting of Base Hourly Rate and Commission Vacation time Personal time Sick time Health benefits Promotion opportunities
