$40,000 / year base + commission

What You Will Do:
An Account Executive is a licensed individual that is tasked with selling new business, renewing accounts, building client relationships, identifies and solicits sales’ prospects and referral sources – is considered outside sales and may have a commissioned only compensation plan.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate insurance services
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
Develop ongoing networking relationships with small business owners – such as real estate agents and mortgage lenders
Work with the agency to establish and meet marketing goals
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to consistently process transactions accurately
Knowledge of agency management systems (Applied EPIC or AMS 360).
AMS 360 preferred.
Competent in use of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Property and Casualty license required
1+ years of agency experience required
