Qualifications & Successful Attributes: · Strong written / verbal communication skills · Creative thinker · Leadership experience (Assembling & Directing Teams) · Negotiation skills · Self-motivated; takes initiative · Highly proficient computer skills, including spreadsheets and presentations · Facilitation skills · Tech savvy · Accepts and offers constructive criticism in a professional manner · Working knowledge of social media platforms · Flexible schedule (Weekends as needed for community events) · Sets high expectations of self and others · Maintains positive and professional relationships with others · Promotes a positive image for Chick-fil-A · Knowledge of and embodiment of Chick-fil-A values · Detail-oriented · Organized · Successful time management skills; able to set priorities · Seeks clarification · Anticipates and mitigates challenges and/or barriers Roles & Responsibilities: · Recommends, plans, negotiates and executes market-wide marketing activities with guidance from the Market Acceleration Program (MAP) Team · Works autonomously, while communicating regularly with Coastal Bend Operators · Coordinates media buys (Radio/TV/Billboard) · Identifies and leverages PR opportunities · Acts as the liaison between the MAP Team and all media partners · Reviews and manages ongoing contracts · Manages market-wide promotional assets (ordering, storing and maintenance of) · Tracks & reports promotional outcomes & results to stakeholders (ROI, budgets, activation outcomes, etc.
