*Job Overview:* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving corporate sales initiatives for Brewster Street Icehouse, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, and Concrete Street Amphitheater.
This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
*Responsibilities:* *Prospect and Identify Opportunities:* Research and identify potential corporate clients and partnership opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
*Develop and Maintain Relationships:* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate partnerships.
*Sales Presentations and Proposals:* Create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of corporate clients.
Clearly articulate the unique value propositions of Brewster Street Icehouse, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, and Concrete Street Amphitheater.
*Negotiation and Closing:* Lead negotiations to secure corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and sales agreements.
Work closely with the legal team to ensure contracts are accurately drafted and executed.
*Achieve Sales Targets:* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
*Event Collaboration:* Collaborate with event management teams to ensure the successful execution of sponsored events and promotions.
Attend events to foster relationships and identify new business opportunities.
*Qualifications:* Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of the corporate sales process, including prospecting, negotiation, and contract management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.
00 - $47,758.
