* To understand the customer and their needs from a design aspect
* Be able to effectively and efficiently create floor plans/cabinet plans on 20-20 design or any software similar
* Must be able to prioritize multiple projects at once
* Required to help walk-in customers
* Communicating with customers via email and phone.
* Administrative duties as needed (answering phones, scanning, faxing, cleaning, organizing, etc.
).
Requirements:
* Experience in 20-20 design software or any software similar to 20-20 or AUTOCAD
* Strong verbal and written communication skills required
* General computer skills and knowledge
* Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are required
Preferred but not required:
* Bilingual is a huge plus.
* Previous cabinet design and/or sales experience is preferred, but we are more than willing to train a candidate who is hungry to learn and a hard worker.
* Knowledge of remodeling procedures, construction, and the flooring industry
We work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
You must be able to adapt quickly and handle adversity with composure.
Pay is hourly plus commission.
