(Must sign non-compete contract) · Maintain cleanliness of the salon, UV tanning beds, and spray tanning rooms · Know how to do laundry · Build client relations · Keep a friendly atmosphere and provide incredible customer service · Upsell Products and Tanning Packages · Gain knowledge of all products on our shelves to better serve clients · Gain knowledge of tanning solutions to ensure quality service to clients · Monitor inventory to ensure products and supplies are in stock · Enter and process customer appointments and sales · Keep customer accounts up to date and organized · File client paperwork and keep files organized · Willingness to learn additional products and services · Knowledge of product placement · Continually take initiative to better the service and condition of the salon · Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner · Keep workstation, salon and client profiles organized · Open and close the business in a professional manor · Must work well with others and get along with other crew members · Be great at conflict management · Answer the phone and return calls · Create marketing and branding material to gain clients · Create brand awareness for new products · Manage multiple social media platforms and be creative with stories · Be extremely social media savvy and innovative · Cross-promote with other businesses to better serve our community and gain business trust.
Some off-site events may be required.
