We specialize in various sectors and are seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to lead our expansion in the Corpus Christi area.
Position Overview:
As a Client Success Manager, you will be instrumental in DigiMark Strategies' growth, focusing on generating new leads and business opportunities through local efforts.
You will be the primary liaison between DigiMark and clients in the Corpus Christi area, responsible not only for sales but also for nurturing client relationships and ensuring their digital marketing needs are met with our range of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Sales:
* Identify and target potential clients in diverse industries like medical clinics, service-based businesses, dealerships, restaurants, and retail.
* Generate leads through local networking and outreach.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Account Management:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong business relationships.
* Understand each client's unique goals, acting as their "Marketing Director.

* Facilitate monthly or weekly meetings with clients to discuss digital marketing strategies and progress.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies for clients.
* Ensure timely execution of marketing projects by coordinating with creative and technical teams.
Client Support and Relationship Management:
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Foster long-term client relationships to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
* Earn residual commission for maintaining ongoing client accounts.
Daily Reporting:
* Report daily to DigiMark on day-to-day task completion and project progress with clients and within the team.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales, particularly in local or regional markets.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Knowledgeable in digital marketing strategies and trends.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
