*Job Description*
Position will be based in Corpus Christi, TX.
The Community Liaison Representative will report directly to the Director of Marketing.
Community Outreach Representative will promote the services of APC Homemaker Services and its subsidiaries which includes: Personal Assistance Services, CAS, Family Care, and Private Pay services.
*Qualifications and Skills: *Must have minimum of HS Education.
Must have experience with making home visits, community outreach, and educating the community.
Must be able to communicate effectively and read and write in *_English and Spanish;_* Must have strong communication skills, team building and interpersonal skills.
Good business acumen with the agency, the health care community and the local community; Demonstrated consistent ability to drive revenue growth and develop business through a managed sales and marketing effort; Have strong communication, team building, coaching/mentoring and interpersonal skills; Self-confident, visionary leadership; Demonstrated ability to increase census/revenue growth and develop business; Self-confident, compassionate, energetic, tenacious and resolute, with a high sense of urgency and a strong drive to produce results.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Ability to apply pertinent knowledge and methods of working with and through people who are concerned with and affected by health care services.
