Responsibilities:
Sales Process Management: Ensure vehicles sales goals are attained by holding Managers and Sales Representatives accountable to Lithia sales process and customer experience, Manage daily activity of Sales Managers using the daily work plan in LSMS to ensure sales volume and productivity goals are met.
Staff Recruiting, Training and Development: Train Sales Managers to train sales staff daily using one-on-ones, meeting-in-a-box, role-play, storyboards, product demonstrations and product quizzes to ensure all are well versed in the sales process and manufacturer product knowledge, Develop effective employees by communicating expected performance standards, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, coaching and mentoring.
Review and approve store performance reports, and determine needed action based on content found.
Customer Engagement: Ensure all customers greeted promptly in a professionally and friendly manner, Address and resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally, Assist Sales Representatives with customers when needed in order to ensure sale of vehicle.
Administrative Responsibilities: Serve as liaison between the store and Support Services.
Receive and communicate policy and procedure requirements/updates and hold staff accountable to them, Prepare and communicate work schedules for all sales related staff, Complete all month-end procedures accurately and on time.
Facilitate communication between Parts and Service Departments.
Ensure all Human Resource/Human Development issues are handled according to company policy.
Track ad sourcing by communicating with customers to identify what brought them to the store.
Maintain relationship with manufacturer by meeting consistently with representative to discuss product offerings, manufacturer incentives and regional sales targets.
Maintain facility appearance and request needed repairs.

Presentation skills - ability to present information in a clear and professional manner

Typing – ability to type efficiently
Mathematics – using mathematics to solve problems
Basic computer skills
Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
