Responsibilities
Ensure inventory is front line ready
Be proficient in all aspects of the sales process
Work car deals through CDK and VinSolutions
Manage sales teams on proper closing techniques through training and active participation
Ensure high CSI scores & monitor these metrics for making improvements on your team
Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings for Product Specialists
Coach both new and experienced sales reps on best practices for improving performance
Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM system
Qualifications
At least 2 years of Car Sales Manager experience is required
Valid driver’s license
Must be willing to submit to background check & drug screen
