JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Manager for Hicks Automotive Group in Corpus Christi, Texas is a customer-oriented professional responsible for leading a successful sales team and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, setting sales plans, coaching the sales team, and ensuring that each customer receives superior satisfaction in their car-buying experience.
The Sales Manager will report directly to the dealership’s General Manager and work closely with the dealership’s Service and Parts departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train, develop, and lead sales staff in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and reach sales goals
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales goals
- Create and maintain sales plans
- Monitor sales team performance on a daily basis
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and continuously seek out new opportunities to expand our customer base
- Communicate professionally with customers and ensure that customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer data
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the automotive industry
- Proven ability to build and lead highly effective teams
- Proven track record of success in meeting sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills
- Implement The Hicks Automotive Group sales processes and procedures
- Fundamental understanding of the auto industry
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
