ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with Chief Government Affairs and Marketing Officer (CGOMO).
Responsible for designing the Annual Giving Program with the CGAMO.
Facilitate and manage all Annual Giving initiatives including, but not limited to, President’s Council, End-of-Year Campaigns, Adopt-An-Animal, and other initiatives as determined necessary.
Monitor progress toward fund goals and prepare monthly fund analysis reports.
Work with CGAMO to create a sustainable program for Annual Giving donors.
Work closely with marketing staff to ensure that annual fund appeals and communications are incorporated seamlessly into existing communication vehicles and kept current on the TSA website.
Maintain data integrity and accuracy in all Raisers Edge records.
Maintain annual donor queries for reports, mailings, solicitations, and correspondence.
Coordinate with Raiser’s Edge database administrator on reports, account access, online donation forms, Online Express, acknowledgement letters, receipt letters, and other Raiser’s Edge configurations.
Oversee/produce appeal letters for annual campaigns and donor communications.
Coordinate donor records and correspondence workflow with other Development staff.
Work with the Accounting Department to run end-of-month reports for the Development department.
Maintain policies and procedures for the use of Raiser’s Edge software.
Represent the Aquarium at all Annual Giving events and constituent gatherings as appropriate or required.
Perform other related development activities as needed.
Abide by and enforce all TSA Policies and Procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university; one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
