Overview:
Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Associate will provide support to the Outside and Inside Sales Team and act as a liaison with the various internal departments, personnel, customers, and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of building materials and will possess keen customer service skills.
Major Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to the Outside and Inside Sales Team
Process quotes, orders, purchase orders, etc.
, with a high level of accuracy
Handle incoming calls from sale representatives and customers
Act as a liaison with Shipping/Receiving, Door Shop, and various vendors
Demonstrate a systematic approach with functional responsibilities
Aggressively gain the product knowledge necessary to support the position and maintain up-to-date knowledge of new and existing products
Communicate effectively with all internal staff and external contacts
Ensure all departments and Company’s policies and procedures are followed
Assist in collection of receivables, if necessary
Prioritize and manage time effectively to ensure expectations are met
Work independently on delivering results expected for the position
Keep management informed of all activities, including timely preparation of reports, as requested
Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualification Guide:
Education:
High school graduation or equivalent
Bilingual
Previous related work experience preferred one year of cabinet design and sales experience
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
BisTrack Point of Sale- will train
PC – Basic computer skills including word and excel
Telephone skills
Attention to details
Excellent communication skills
