The Brand Ambassador will play a leading role in ensuring we educate all customers on our T-Mobile Referral Program and help our customers earn significant bill savings when they refer customers to your local T-Mobile store.
KCI is looking for passionate, customer service-focused individuals to join our team.
Job Description Provide every customer with excellent customer service by greeting and welcoming them to our store Be the in-store Subject Matter Expert about our T-Mobile Referral Program and set up all customers with the Referral Program so they can begin earning major account credits when they refer friends and family members.
Brand Ambassadors are eligible for incentive spiffs when they help customers win big with the T-Mobile Referral Program.
Directing customers through their sales transactions and answering questions as needed Engage with floor sales team members to uncover any obstacles to customer success and help identify solutions to ensure customers leave satisfied and all reasons for the visit resolved Facilitate an optimal customer experience by interacting with every customer before they leave your retail store and ensure they leave “walk-out working ready”! Ensure compassion in all customer interactions Assist with the daily store opening, closing, and operating duties and ensure that we bring the T-Mobile Un-Carrier experience to life for our customers Maintain knowledge of the latest and greatest products, services, and promotional offers Requirements: Qualifications Energetic, welcoming, and friendly personality Passion for driving a culture of unparalleled customer service Team player mentality to drive sales potential Genuine regard and intention put into customer connections Excellent verbal and written communication skills 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience; retail preferred High school diploma/GED Willing to work weekends/holidays At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Benefits Vacation time Personal time Sick time Health benefits Phone service discount Promotion opportunities Employee rewards including trips and contests
