* Showing homes, selecting options and colors with client.
* Processing Applications, collecting & clearing conditions.
* Traveling for scheduled client appointments as needed.
* Maintaining all social media accounts for the organization & yourself such as posting and responding to any messages, comments, etc.
* Maintaining efficient and prompt follow up on all avenues including but not limited to calls, texts, and e-mails.
* Creating, maintaining, and entering client files into database.
* Composing reports on a weekly and/or monthly basis or as requested.
* Attending social networking or sales events * Putting out yard sign advertisements as needed.
* Providing input and ideas to the marketing gameplan; assisting in creation and consistent execution.
* Handling incoming calls and other communications including returning missed calls.
* Handling client concerns and complaints.
* Keeping track of receipts of office expenses.
* Writing and providing goals on a monthly basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $50,000.
00 - $120,000.
