Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative located in Corpus Christi, TX.
The Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients and helping them manage their commercial insurance policies.
The Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative will be expected to communicate with customers both over the phone and in person and respond to client inquiries regarding policy coverage, claims, billing, and other related issues.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and insurance agents
* Excellent organization and time management skills with an eye for detail
* Strong computer and data entry skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other industry-related software programs
* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree desirable but not required
* Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Prior experience in the insurance industry or a related field is preferred
* Must be authorized to work in the United States
