Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Wyndham Resort.
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and increase brand awareness for our resort.
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets * Manage and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve their goals * Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients * Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth * Oversee the development of sales and marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content * Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, and provide recommendations for improvement Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field * Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry * Strong leadership and communication skills * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software If you are a results-driven and strategic thinker with a passion for sales and marketing, we want to hear from you.
