Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective sales techniques - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize sales revenue - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services - Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Experience: - Proven track record in sales, preferably in an outside sales role - Strong ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Experience in account management and customer retention strategies - Technical sales experience is a bonus - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth for our company.
