The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.

\*\*Duties:\*\* - • Greet customers with a welcoming attitude as they enter the store.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide recommendations as needed.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments while maintaining cash register accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and cleaning spills.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock replenishment needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning gas pumps and restrooms.
• Adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines related to gas station operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Uphold a positive and professional image of the gas station convenience store at all times.
