Sales Manager

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets - Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth - Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive insights - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product launches - Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge Qualifications: - Proven experience in technology sales, preferably in a leadership role - Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients - Excellent leadership and team management abilities - Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software - Demonstrated success in driving outside sales and achieving sales targets - Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business development strategies We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
