Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product launches
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technology sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Demonstrated success in driving outside sales and achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business development strategies
