$700 / 2br - Ingleside on the Bay 2 bedrooms avaiable

OK here is the deal.
Great for Kiewit temporary employees on assignment that do not need a full home.
I have a home in Ingleside on the Bay.
Hurricane Harvey destroyed the front and the back three bedrooms were somewhat ok.
Needs electrical work and plumbing to be lived in.
Maybe Use window units for AC.
So.

if someone capable of fixing electrical connections and some plumbing were willing to do the repairs.
I would allow you to move into the bedroom upstairs for $700 each.
Two bedrooms available.
But you would need to be able to get the home electrical and plumbing working to live there in the upstairs part.
In exchange I would give the first two months free.
Strictly renting a bedroom so no kitchen.
Could create a small kitchenet in one part upstairs.
But the right person could work on the front living and kitchen that was destroyed by Harvey and bring the home back completely.
That would entitle you to more free months.
