$20 Live in House keeper (Robstown)

I am in search of a live-in property manager/janitorial position.
It is 6 to 8 hours a week.
I will be taking interviews asap.
Some descriptions consist of cleaning and taking out trash.
Making sure house is adequate.
Things like that.
It's a three thousand fifty square foot home and it houses two and sometimes four workers.
It will be an even trade for free rent.
You get wifi, electricity, all that good stuff.
You must have a vehicle.
Must have at least a part time job.
No drugs, or using home as a hotel room.
I don't mind light drinking.
This is a one person living you'll get your own room.
I am guessing 🤔 this is for someone just starting off.
Or does not make that much money and is alone.
