Roommate Needed for End of August (Flour Bluff or the Island)

Hi! I'm starting this mission early so I'm not scrambling when the time comes.
I am going to need to have a roommate to move somewhere with come late August when my current lease ends.
I'm unfortunately finding that I am in financial stress trying to pay rent on my own.
I don't know where we would live yet, but I work at the national seashore so ideally I want to live on Flour Bluff or Padre Island itself.
I am a clean and organized person.
I am a social person and enjoy hanging out with my roomies in the common space.
The last roommate I had disappeared for weeks at a time, and even though some people might be like that's fine, that honestly made me feel really lonely.
I have an emotional support cat, so if you have a pet it's fine, but we would need to do several soft introductions to see if they'll get along.
Honestly, my little guy could probably use a fellow feline companion.
