My name is Robert and I am a nurse, taking a few months off to learn kiteboarding.
I'll also be looking for work at one of the major hospitals in the Corpus Christi area, as they are desperately looking for nurses to fill MANY open nursing roles.
I recently learned that Portland is an excellent place to train on a daily basis.
I'm looking for a clean and quiet living situation, with a friendly, yet business-like landlord.
Preferably someplace with a laundry and a decent kitchen to cook in.
I like to keep the place clean and organized.
It's just me, no spouse, children or pets of any sort.
I have an excellent credit history.
My credit score was 849 this past December and has remained above 800 for quite some time now.
I have excellent renters references including on furnishedfinder.
com.
I've never had a problem with taking care of other people's property where I've lived.
Also, I have enjoyed relationships with all of my landlords since beginning to live on my own 30 some years ago.
I am planning a trip to Portland and South Padre Island area next week.
My intent is to shop for a nice place to live in Portland, and to have a decision made by the first week of April.
I intend to move in sometime immediately after April 8th.
