Rehoming Male Basset Hound

2 year old, unaltered male basset hound, full breed named Leo.
Very energetic, needs someone to play with everyday.
He does like to run around but doesn’t like the heat, looking for someone who won’t just leave him outside all the time.
Does well with other dogs.
Doesn’t do very well with children, as I found he has become a bit territorial and has snapped at my children when they get to close to the bed or sofa he is laying one.
Very smart and learns fast.
