missing dog from CiboloTx (Beeville)

A month ago I was admitted I to the hospital while at a hotel.
My mother came to pick up our dog from us.
When she got home Rascle our shih tzu jumped out if her arms and ran away.
He was picked up by Cibolo animal control and after I was released from the hospital she was adopted out to a lady in Beeville.
The shelter will not give me any more info other than that.
Rascle was my 12 year old daughters who has special needs and she is lost without him.
He is chocolate brown and does not have a microchip.
If the lady that got Rascle could please give me a call at show contact info .
We will gladly pay to get him back.
He's 2 years old and we miss our baby boy.
