Summer babysitting needed for cleaning business.
Hello my wife and I have a cleaning business and are having great difficulty finding consistent employees with our cleaning business.
We thought maybe we would get luckier with a babysitter, that way both she and I could go into work.
We're looking for a young sweet smart charming energetic, fun charismatic and enthusiastic young lady to play with, take care of, entertain, and support, three amazing homeschooled children who do not use screens!!!

That's right our children clock less than 6 hours a week on the television, and no devices ever! When we are at home with them we are fully engaged doing puzzles arts and crafts trampoline hide and seek you name it we do it! This will NOT be a sitting on the couch watching TV chewing bubble gum babysitting job.
We would like someone to be fully and creatively engaged with our children for 2 to 5 hours a day all summer long.
Smoking will disqualify you.
Any drug addiction whatsoever past or current will disqualify you from this position.
Alcohol or even hangovers Will disqualify you from consideration for this position as well.
SCREEN ADDICTION, SCROLLING, TIKTOK, FACEBOOKING, INTERNET BROWSING, YOUTUBE VIDEOS, are qualities that are NOT going to work for this job.
We don't judge you for being addicted to your phone, but if you are please pass this ad up, and go to another one, do not pretend to be not addicted in order to get the job, because the house has cameras and we will know if someone is spending all
their time on the phone instead of with the kids.
Please be honest with yourself and be honest with us.
The pay is negotiable depending on the quality of time you provide.
A full fingerprinting and background check at your own cost performed at the sheriff's office will be required.

Ink and background check hours are: Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays 12:00 to 4:00.
The cost is $10.
00 total.
We will require the official report from the sheriff's office.
If all goes well within 30 days of hiring we will compensate you for the $10 background fee.
These are our children for God's sake!
I will require no less than six non-family character references.
The sheriff's department background check with be the last thing you have to do as long as the interview and the references check out.
After that a meet and greet to see how we jive with your energy.
If we don't click, you don't stick.
In our experience first impressions are last impressions always.
If we don't click with your energy off the bat we won't be interested.
I'm sure you understand, also the kids have to like you.
We value their opinion, and if they're not comfortable we're not comfortable.

Eventually we will need you 5-7 days a week for several months.
