TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is NOW HIRING enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals! In this role, you will use your strategic selling skills and in-depth knowledge of company services to build relationships with our customers.
This is a great role for those who are self-starting and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5pm, and half days on Saturday’s.

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and inquiries submitted online
Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability and customer specifications
Input information in to internal software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves; comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns
Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree in a related field is preferred
At least 1 year of sales/customer service experience + the understanding of the selling process; TWO MEN AND A TRUCK or moving industry experience is valuable
Excellent customer relations skills: effective listening and communication
Creative problem solving abilities
Exceptional organization + time management skills; can adjust priorities as needed
Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
Basic computer/keyboarding skills
Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core Values
Bilingual is a plus
Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
