Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is necessary for some of our clients that only speak Spanish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners; Also must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.
)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is beneficial
This position offers the opportunity to work in a professional office environment with a focus on helping create strong relationships with clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
