*Hotel Front Desk Agent*
*RGB Hospitality – The Aloft Hotel *is looking for a *front desk agent *to serve as the face of our business and senior management’s connection with our guests.
We’re looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can engage our guests and manage multiple tasks at once.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests’ needs and complaints.
You’ll be corresponding with guests through email, over the phone and in person.
If you’ve worked in the hospitality industry before, we definitely want to talk to you.
However, we’re willing to train the right applicant.
*Reports to:*
General Manager (GM) and Front Office Manager
*Hotel Night Auditor responsibilities:*
· Answer the phone at the front desk to respond to current and prospective guests’ needs
· Book reservations for individuals, families and groups as required
· Greet walk-in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the front desk
· Work alongside Sales Team
· Refer guests to local amenities and venues
· Communicate guests’ requests and complaints to the appropriate department
· Pull and submit daily reports to appropriate parties
· Other duties as assigned by Manager(s)
*Hotel Night Auditor qualifications:*
· *2+ years’ customer service experience preferred*
· *2+ years’ night auditor experience preferred*
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Friendly phone manner a must
· Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
· Familiarity with the hospitality industry preferred
· Ability to pass background check and drug screening
· Willingness to maintain confidentiality

The objective of incorporating RGB Hospitality was to centralize the management of all owned properties through the pursuit of quality, efficiency and service.

Pay: $22,500.
