This position is responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner.
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Bachelor degree
* 5 years provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience.
* 6 months data entry experience in an office environment.
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
* 2 Years of college or 3 years provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
* Data entry and/or typing experience.
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision making skills.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail oriented
