Front Desk Clerk

Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must be comfortable working with computers, phones and basic office equipment (scanner/copier/fax/pbx/printers) Must be a confident speaker, strong English speakers only, bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus Must be able to remain calm, courteous and professional under pressure Must have strong time management skills Must be a fast learner Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to type minimum of 50 wpm Must be able to pass criminal background and drug tests Must be willing to assist other departments as needed Must be able to understand basic accounting math for cashier posting Front desk staff are on the front lines in terms of communicating and meeting our guests Assist guests with booking reservations, checking in and out of hotel, and all other guest needs Supports management by generating reports, completing and submitting shift emails and daily checklists, and helping coordinate operations and communications through radio and making updates in the system as needed Night auditors work overnight and run daily reports, complete daily system close out and correct errors and mispostings in the system, and reports these corrections to management.
Compensation will be based on skill and experience level of candidate.
