Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats
- Accurately enter customer information and update account details in the database
- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in products or services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively
- Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
