*The Celis Law Group* is looking for a *Full-time Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist *for our office in Corpus Christi, TX.
*The Receptionist will:*
* Greet and welcome guests each day as soon as they arrive at our office.
* Answer a variety of high-volume phone calls, emails, and letters to the office.
* Schedule appointments and manage our calendar.
* Maintain and update appointment calendars.
* Schedule meetings and events.
* Maintain the office environment, cleanliness, and appearance.
* Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service to patients, visitors, vendors, and co-workers.
* Complete daily administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, mailing, and shipping items.
*The ideal candidate will have:*
·Bilingual
·High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
·2 years of customer service experience preferred; Previous administrative experience is a plus; Knowledge of electronic documents (Word & Excel) is helpful but not required; Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is helpful but not required; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also desired; Ability to communicate effectively in person via phone or email with patients, visitors and co-workers; Excellent organizational skills; Attention to detail; High school or college degree preferred; Reliable transportation; Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred); Reliable transportation to attend doctor’s appointments (if needed); Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions during busy periods; Ability to work independently without supervision; Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Ability to learn new tasks quickly.
