Team Member/Customer Service

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Duties: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns - Provide accurate information about products and services - Process cash transactions and handle cash register operations - Maintain stock levels and ensure products are properly displayed - Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions - Promote and upsell additional products or services - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred - Knowledge of electronics sales or technical sales is an advantage - Familiarity with wireless sales or POS systems is a plus - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays We offer competitive pay and benefits for this position.
